Accommodation standard

The accommodation details, including the hotel name, will be provided in the comprehensive itinerary, carefully designed to ensure maximum birding opportunities. We have carefully selected strategically located hotels to reach the best birding spots, guaranteeing an unforgettable birding experience. Our tour standard is two persons per room, providing you with the utmost comfort and privacy during your stay.

For the Single supplement is $ US 40 per night

Transportation

Based on the detailed itinerary, all transportation during the Vietnam Birding fixed date tours on 2024 will be carefully selected to ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency. Our fleet of 16-seat vehicles equipped with air conditioning and comfortable seats will be used for most of the tour. However, in some areas such as Cat Tien National Park, we will be using park jeeps to reach some of the more remote spots inside the park.

Additionally, to fully explore the biodiversity of the region, some areas will be accessed by boat. We will provide tourist boats to reach these areas, ensuring both safety and enjoyment during the tour.

For the Vietnam [18D-17N] tour, which covers a greater distance, we will include one domestic flight with either Vietnam Airlines or Vietjet, with an economic class to save on cost.

Booking policy

We appreciate your interest in our Vietnam Birding fixed-date tours in 2024. We have limited spaces available, and to ensure the best experience for all participants, we have a strict booking policy.

The tour will be closed two months before the starting date, and it will only run with a minimum number of visitors. In the event that the tour does not meet the minimum number of visitors, we reserve the right to change the tour to a private tour or to waitlist participants for the next year’s tour.

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the starting date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit.

Please note that we have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking less than 60 days before the starting date, you will be charged 50% of the total tour price. If you cancel less than 30 days before the starting date, you will be charged 100% of the total tour price.
