Day 1
Arrival & first forest session
Travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Cat Tien, settle in near the forest, then begin with a gentle afternoon or evening field session depending on arrival time.
Day 2
Core wildlife day
Start before sunrise for forest birding and possible gibbon calls, then continue toward Bau Sau or selected forest habitats for the journey’s deepest wildlife day.
Day 3
Final forest morning & return
Spend one quieter final morning in the forest before lunch and the return drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
