Booking Process

Seven steps from first inquiry to departure
Tell us the basic details of your planned journey. You do not need a complete itinerary before contacting us — we can help you identify the most suitable starting point.
What to include in your inquiry:
Preferred travel dates
Preferred accommodation level
Number of travelers
Fitness or mobility considerations
Available duration
Arrival and departure points
Wildlife or photography interests
Target species, if relevant
You do not need a complete itinerary before contacting us. We can help you identify the most suitable starting point.
We review your interests alongside current field realities — not just species lists.
FIELD FACTORS
  • Season and field conditions
  • Suitable destinations
  • Realistic travel times
  • Habitat availability
LOGISTICS
  • Guide and service availability
  • Group size and pace
  • Target species feasibility
  • Route complexity
Wildlife routes are not designed from a species list alone. Weather, habitat, field time, comfort and logistics must also be considered.
We will prepare a proposed journey or recommend an existing Go-WILD itinerary. The proposal will normally include:
Route & duration
The complete route, start/end points, and total days.
Wildlife focus
Primary habitats & species opportunities for the season.
Daily pacing
Activities, field time, and rest — balanced for quality observation.
Accommodation

Standard and location for each overnight.

Inclusions

A clear list of what is and is not included.

Price & terms

Total price, deposit requirements, and payment schedule.

Seasonal notes

Key field conditions relevant to your travel window.

Route notes

Specific logistical considerations for your destinations.

For complex multi-destination or specialist journeys, additional time may be needed to check local arrangements before the proposal is finalized.
You can discuss the proposed itinerary with us before confirming. Depending on availability and route feasibility, adjustments can be made to:
Travel dates
Wildlife or photography focus
Duration
Accommodation
Destinations
Room arrangements
Daily pace
Optional activities
Field note: A focused route usually provides a better wildlife experience than trying to include too many destinations or target species in a short journey.
Once the itinerary, price and included services have been agreed, confirm your acceptance in writing.

Wildlife & Field Conditions

Understanding the realities of wildlife travel in Vietnam
Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. Animals move freely, and encounters depend on season, weather, habitat conditions and natural behavior.
How we improve your opportunity:
Suitable route planning
Appropriate timing
Experienced guiding
Local field knowledge
Responsible wildlife observation
Important: Target species are treated as field objectives, not promises.
The order or timing of activities may change because of conditions outside our control. Your guide will adjust the field plan when necessary while aiming to maintain the purpose and overall value of the journey.
Reasons for field adjustments:
Weather
Wildlife movement
Trail or park access
Safety considerations
Tides
Local operating conditions
