These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WANEE’s services, website, and participation in any Go-Wild tours or related activities.
By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
WANEE provides:
Wildlife-focused tours
Nature expeditions
Field-based educational experiences
Logistics coordination
WANEE acts as a tour operator and coordinator of services provided by third-party suppliers.
2. Acceptance of Risk
Natural Environments
Tours operate in natural environments including:
- Forest ecosystems
- Wetlands
- National parks
- Remote field areas
Inherent Risks
Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Medical conditions relevant to field safety
- Allergies
- Physical limitations
By joining the tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
3. Wildlife Ethics & Conduct
Clients must:
Follow guide instructions at all times
Respect park regulations
Maintain safe distance from wildlife
Avoid feeding, disturbing, or harassing animals
Not collect plants, insects, or natural materials
By joining the tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
4. Health & Fitness Declaration
You confirm that:
You are physically fit for the selected tour
You have disclosed relevant medical conditions
You carry necessary medication
WANEE reserves the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised.
5. Limitation of Liability
WANEE shall not be liable for:
Injury, illness, or death arising from inherent wildlife risks
Acts or omissions of third-party providers
Delays due to weather, park authority decisions, or government actions
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total tour price paid.
6. Force Majeure
WANEE is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Civil unrest
Pandemics
National park closures
In such cases, applicable refund policies apply.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover:
Trip cancellation
Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation
Wildlife-related activities
Failure to obtain insurance is at the traveler’s own risk.
8. Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms, booking conditions, and cancellation policies are governed by:

These documents form part of this agreement.
9. Media & Photography Release
During tours, WANEE may capture photos or videos for:
Marketing
Educational
Conservation documentation
If you do not consent, you must notify WANEE in writing prior to departure.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on WANEE’s website, itineraries, field data, species lists, and materials remain the intellectual property of WANEE unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for operational purposes and is not sold to third parties.
WANEE complies with applicable Vietnamese regulations on data protection.
12. Right to Refuse Service
WANEE reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a traveler:
Endangers safety
Disrupts group harmony
Violates ethical wildlife standards
Engages in illegal activities
No refund will be issued in such cases.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Vietnam.
