To confirm a reservation with WANEE Vietnam, the following payment schedule applies.
Please review our payment terms and methods carefully to ensure a smooth booking process.
Payment details
1. Reservation & Payment Terms
1.1. Deposit
A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
The booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued by WANEE Vietnam.
1.2. Final Payment
The remaining 70% balance must be fully paid at least 45 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For bookings made within 45 days prior to departure, full payment is required upon confirmation.
In specific cases (e.g. special arrangements for international guests), final payment on arrival may be considered upon prior written agreement.
If full payment is not received by the due date, WANEE reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges according to our Booking Conditions.

2.2. Credit Card Payment

A 3.1% processing fee will be added to the total amount for card payments.
2.3. Cash Payment
Cash payments are accepted in major currencies (USD, EUR, VND, etc.).
Exchange rate will be based on the official rate of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) on the payment date.
A receipt will be issued immediately upon payment.
For operational reasons, we kindly request USD 100 bills in good condition.
3. Currency
All tour prices are quoted in USD
Unless otherwise stated.
Any currency conversion costs or intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, WANEE Vietnam will issue:
A written confirmation
A payment receipt
Updated booking confirmation
(if applicable)
5. Right to Amend
WANEE Vietnam reserves the right to:
Adjust pricing in case of currency fluctuation, force majeure, or supplier changes before booking confirmation.
Make necessary operational adjustments in the best interest of safety and service quality.
Any changes will be communicated transparently in writing.
