Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all confirmed bookings made with WANEE VN CO., LTD.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive written notification.
Conditions details
1. Cancellation by the Client
Because Go-Wild tours involve advance payments to lodges, park permits, transport providers, and guides, cancellation charges apply as follows:

| More than 60 days | 10% administrative fee |
| 45–60 days | Loss of deposit (30%) |
| 30–44 days | 50% of total tour cost |
| 15–29 days | 70% of total tour cost |
| 7–14 days | 90% of total tour cost |
| Less than 7 days / No-show | 100% of total tour cost |
Special permits, internal flights, remote lodges, or conservation fees may be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date, as they are often subject to strict policies set by third-party providers and protected area authorities.
2. No-Show & Early Termination
Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical expenses, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
No refund will be provided for no-shows.
No refund for unused services after tour commencement.
3. Amendments Instead of Cancellation
Where possible, WANEE may offer:
One complimentary date change (if requested more than 60 days prior)
Rebooking within 12 months (subject to price adjustment)
Any price difference or supplier penalty must be paid by the client.
4. Cancellation by WANEE
WANEE reserves the right to cancel a tour due to:
Insufficient minimum participants (for group departures)
Government restrictions or park closures
Safety concerns
Force majeure events
In such cases, clients may choose:
Alternative tour of equivalent value
Rescheduled departure
Full refund of amounts paid (excluding unrecoverable third-party costs)
NO ADDTIONAL COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID.
5. Force Majeure
Force majeure includes but is not limited to:
Natural disasters
Extreme weather conditions
Pandemic-related travel restrictions
Political instability
National park closures
If force majeure occurs:
WANEE will attempt to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
Refunds will be limited to recoverable amounts from suppliers.
Administrative costs may apply.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds processed within 30 business days.
Bank fees & transfer charges are non-refundable.
Refunds made via original payment method where possible.
7. Travel Insurance Requirement
WANEE strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation
Medical evacuation
Personal injury
Wildlife activity risks
Travel insurance is the primary financial protection in case of cancellation due to personal reasons.
