[10-Day] Southern Vietnam Bird Photography Tour – Scheduled

A small-group photography journey from Tram Chim’s wetlands to the forests of Ma Da, Cat Tien and the southern highlands. Ten days built around hides, repeat sessions and changing bird communities.
Cat Tien National Park
Private
Easy–moderate field pace

Why This Route Works

From wetlands to highland forest

Tram Chim adds waterbird photography before the route moves through lowland hides, rainforest and cooler highland habitats. Each section brings a different photographic style without turning the journey into a fast-moving checklist.

Best for

Bird photographers who want a complete southern Vietnam route and prefer joining a planned small-group departure rather than arranging a private itinerary.

Keep in mind

Expect early starts, patient hide sessions and several habitat changes. Light, weather and bird activity can alter individual sessions, and no particular photograph or species is guaranteed.

What We’ll Be Looking For

Photography highlights

Wetland birds at Tram Chim, productive Ma Da hides, pittas and pheasants at Cat Tien, and highland specialties around Da Lat and Di Linh.
The regional sequence is fixed for scheduled departures, while hide choice and session timing may shift with light, weather, access and bird activity.
