Attire
Clothing: Light-colored, comfortable, moisture-wicking, and lightweight.
Long pants are recommended.
If wearing short sleeves, bring a thin jacket or long-sleeve gloves to protect against sun and branches/thorns.
If wearing shorts, please wear knee-high socks or long socks.
Backpack: Lightweight, sturdy straps, preferably made of canvas.
Footwear: Athletic shoes/hiking shoes with good walking support, sandals, or crocs with secure straps.
